Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions with flexible shifts, in Bayville, NJ.

Active New Jersey CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
Take and document vital signs.
Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
Provide compassionate and respectful resident care.
Accurately document care according to facility policies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
