Job summary

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bayville, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate nursing team. As a CNA you’ll provide hands-on care and support residents under the supervision of licensed nurses in a long-term care environment.

We offer competitive pay up to $4,000 per month, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, Verizon phone plan, and a full benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification
• CPR certification preferred
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but new CNAs are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Help residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
• Document resident care accurately according to facility policies
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
• Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations
