Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Nurse Apprentice to join the Nampa Float Pool. Schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am with varying days, including weekends and holidays.

CNAs or Nurse Apprentices must have Idaho certification or active Nurse Apprentice status, plus BLS certification at hire. Acute care experience is preferred; compensation includes market-competitive pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification required (Idaho) or current Nurse Apprentice status.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required at hire (ACLS/PALS accepted if already certified).
• Six months CNA experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with nursing care and patient comfort under supervision of licensed staff.
• Provide clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination at unit level.
