Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant or Nurse Apprentice for the Nampa Float Pool.

The role is part-time with a 12-hour night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am; candidates must be flexible to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will support clinical staff and perform nursing care services under supervision of a licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification issued by Idaho or Trinity Nursing Assistant Program.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification required at hire.
• Six months Certified Nursing Assistant experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills to care for all age groups: Neonate, Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at unit level by performing clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
• Perform nursing care services and related non-professional tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse.
