Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Nurse Apprentice for the Nampa Float Pool. Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm-7:30am with varied weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

You will support clinical staff at the unit level, providing nursing care and related services under supervision of the licensed nurse. Minimum qualifications include Idaho CNA certification or Trinity program and BLS at hire.

Qualifications

State of Idaho CNA certification or Trinity Nursing Assistant Program required.
Basic Life Support certification required at hire in all units.
Six months CNA experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Ability to care for Neonate, Child, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

Perform clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination at the unit level.
Provide nursing care and related non-professional services under licensed supervision.
