You will administer medications, assist residents with daily living activities, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current CMT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of CMT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and as directed by our nursing staff.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide support with mobility, transfer, and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of medication administration and resident care.
• Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide assistance with meals, snacks, and hydration.
