Aspire Senior Living Advance, a premier skilled nursing facility in Advance, MO, seeks a compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. You will administer meds under supervision, monitor residents, and maintain records with a focus on safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare education a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with resident-centered care and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident trends.
• Collaborate to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.
• Support quality improvement and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
