Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nurses with medication administration, testing, and documentation.
• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of resident care and treatment.
• Assist with vital sign checks and monitor resident conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities to enhance care delivery.
