Job summary
Barren County Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a caring CMA/CMT for the full-time night shift to support residents with medication administration and related care. You will work in a family-oriented team that values dedication and meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year CMA experience and/or training; or equivalent.
- Experience working with older adults preferred.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance according to health care provider's orders.
- Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following guidelines.
- Report changes in residents' condition or behavior.
- Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents and observations.
