Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain medication carts and supplies; monitor inventory and reorder as needed
• Accurately document all administrations in the eMAR system
• Administer medications per physician orders and resident care plans
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to licensed staff
• Perform additional duties to support resident care and team operations
