Job summary

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license required.

• Compound and dispense pharmaceuticals accurately.
• Monitor drug therapy for contraindications and interactions.
• Suggest cost-effective medication alternatives to medical staff.

Skills

Active pharmacist license in good standing

State Specific Medications Therapy Management Certification

Effective communication

Ability to monitor drug therapy regimens

Education

B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy

Completion of hospital PGY1/ pharmacy general practice residency
