Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois or able to obtain license two weeks prior to starting.
• Active BLS certification or able to obtain within two weeks of starting.
• Preferred: 1–5 years acute care; CMSRN or ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, plans, and cares for the total needs of patients across age groups.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments and data collection.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans.
• Delivers care safely following established standards.
• Documents assessments, treatments, medications, and outcomes.
• Participates in staff orientation and unit development activities.
• Coordinates admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
