Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in laboratory science with required coursework

• Ability to perform essential duties and adhere to lab regulations

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests and analyses per SOPs.
• Document quality control procedures and maintain QA records.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents and test materials for daily analyses.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting test performance or safety.
• Mentor new laboratory personnel on procedures as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies to support daily operations.
• Participate in testing and validation of new equipment and procedures.
• Ensure data integrity and comply with safety and confidentiality policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with staff and management.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes and overtime when required.
