Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree preferred in chemical, biological or clinical laboratory science
• Experience in molecular biology techniques

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests per SOPs.
• Document quality control procedures and ensure accuracy of results.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents and materials for testing.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting test performance or safety.
• Maintain inventory and participate in equipment validation.
• Support training of new staff and continuous education activities.
• Adhere to safety, data integrity, and patient confidentiality policies.
• Meet productivity and turnaround time targets and work as part of a team.
• Travel between sites may be required.
