Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six months' experience in an accredited hospital laboratory.
• Ability to read and follow procedures with strong communication skills.
• Licensure or certification such as MT/MLS/CLT or ASCP/AMT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document QC checks before releasing patient results.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and reagents; assist with maintenance.
• Train and orient new team members and support department operations.
