• Requires degrees in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
• Minimum six months of hospital lab experience across multiple sections preferred.
• Strong reading/comprehension, organization, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately to complex lab tests per CLIA in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank and serology.
• Ensure QC/Levey-Jennings/Westgard rules are met before reporting results.
• Maintain inventory and participate in competency programs.
• Train and orient new staff and support team members.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers, patients, and other departments.
