Job summary

Clinical Dynamix, Inc. in Garden Grove, CA seeks an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team on the graveyard shift (11 PM–7 AM).

You will perform a wide range of diagnostic tests, operate sophisticated analyzers, and ensure data accuracy while mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in a hospital lab, holds CLS/MT certification (ASCP), and is proficient with LIS systems.

Qualifications

• Requires CLS/MT certification (ASCP) and 5+ years hospital lab experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Proficient in LIS usage and quality control principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Interpret results, document data, and ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and collaborate across departments.
