• Prepare the patient for the blood draw and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate pre-analytical functions of specimen collection and processing.
• Assist in pre-analytical and analytical phases of select testing.
• Uphold laboratory compliance and safety standards.
• Produce and report accurate patient results and collaborate across teams.
