RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Technician for Monmouth Medical Center. The role supports nursing staff by assisting with activities of daily living and providing nursing care, including phlebotomy and EKGs, for patients across the Medical-Surgical Unit-II.

Hourly pay ranges from $21.04 to $26.19, with night shifts, 36 hours per week, and benefits. The hospital is a major teaching affiliate in New Jersey, committed to safe, compassionate patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Nursing assistant experience or CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient caregiver providing activities of daily living and nursing care including phlebotomy and EKGs.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care based on education, safety, and clinical criteria.
• Ensure safe patient outcomes through clinical judgment and action.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding patient care status.
• Collaborate on the patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions.
