RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Clinical Care Technician for Community Medical Center's Medical-Surgical Unit-I. This night-shift, 36-hour-per-week role provides direct patient care, phlebotomy and EKG support, under nursing supervision.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and BLS certification; CNA experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $21.04 to $26.19 per hour in New Jersey, with final offers based on education, skills and experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience preferred; CNA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct patient caregiver assisting with activities of daily living.
• Provide nursing care including phlebotomy and EKGs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Communicate patient status with the care team throughout shifts.
• Support plan of care from admission to discharge.
