Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Clinical Care Technician for Community Medical Center in New Jersey. You will support Registered Nurses with vital signs, bedside care, and basic clinical tasks while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment for patients.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a current BLS certification; CNA experience is preferred. Night shift, 36 hours per week; pay ranges from $21.04 to $26.19 per hour, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Previous nursing assistant experience or CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and monitor patient health status.
• Perform EKGs and phlebotomy as needed.
• Provide bedside nursing care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document patient information accurately in EHRs and maintain confidentiality.
• Enforce infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff to coordinate care.
• Support safe patient care and assist RNs and clinicians as required.
