Job summary

Temple University Health System, Inc. seeks a Clinical Rescue Nurse Coordinator for a 36-hour shift (11a-11p and 6p-6a weekend rotation) across Temple University Hospital, Jeanes, Episcopal, and Fox Chase campuses.

The role coordinates nursing services, conducts unit rounds, and uses surveillance to identify patients at risk of deterioration while providing education after codes. Required are a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, PA RN license or multi-state compact, ACLS/BLS, 5 years of acute care RN

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program required.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing services across Temple Health facilities.
• Rounds on units and monitors patients at risk for deterioration.
• Provide education and debrief after an RRT/Code event.
• Track and monitor metrics of program productivity and quality.
