Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial work across facility spaces. The role includes cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas, stocking supplies, and maintaining safety procedures.

The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED (preferred) and up to six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma preferred.
• Six months related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial tasks in accordance with company standards.
• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms and stairways.
• Stock restrooms with supplies and sanitize surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and dust furniture and fixtures; maintain clean windows and doors.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report hazards to supervisor.
• Follow infection control practices and PPE requirements.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear uniform and required footwear.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
