You will manage daily operations, support charge nurses, ensure adherence to standards, and mentor staff. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Nursing, California RN license, BLS, 2+ years ICU experience, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required)
• California RN License (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS (AHA) certification (upon hire)
• 2+ years recent ICU or specialty area clinical experience
• Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and nursing staff in the CICU
• Support Charge Nurses, Relief Charge Nurses, and bedside staff
• Ensure adherence to standards of nursing practice and patient safety
