Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a night-shift operator to perform routine tasks in a chocolate manufacturing setting. You will operate equipment, assist with changeovers, and maintain product flow in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic English, ability to lift 55 lbs, and the flexibility to work Sunday through Saturday with a minimum of 3 days per week. Forklift experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs semi-skilled and unskilled tasks to support production.
• Operates area equipment safely following SOPs.
• Performs cleaning, setup, and maintains work area.
• Performs hand packing and monitors product quality.
• Prepares and ships finished goods per SOPs.
