Mars Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator for the Night Shift at the Hackettstown, NJ facility. This role supports the chocolate and M&M production line, with a 3rd shift schedule of 12 hours and a $25+ hourly starting rate plus a $2 shift premium.

The operator will run equipment, perform changeovers, and assist with training while maintaining quality and safety standards in a peanut facility environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with computers, MS Office, and email.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and perform routine changes.
• Identify and resolve equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance as needed.
• Perform quality control checks and document results.
• Maintain accurate shift logbooks and safety documentation.
