Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a MarsSnacking-MachineOperator for the Hackettstown, NJ facility on the Day Shift. The role involves operating production equipment, changeovers, and supporting team training in a fast-paced chocolate and M&M production environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office; preferred qualifications include SAP, forklift operation, OSHA

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education.
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient with computers and basic software such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and machines, perform routine repairs and adjustments as needed.
Identify and resolve problems to root cause and participate in corrective actions.
Collaborate with Maintenance for equipment PM tasks.
Conduct and document quality control tasks, including date codes and logs.
Maintain accurate logbooks and shift documentation in compliance with quality standards.
Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.
