Job summary

Actus Nutrition in Wisconsin is hiring Night Packaging Operators in a 3/4 rotating schedule. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this role. Work hours are 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with every other weekend off.

Operators set up, adjust and operate packaging equipment on a moving assembly line, rotate across line positions, and help ensure quality and sanitation standards are met. Prior manufacturing exposure and comfort with hand tools are preferred, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous exposure in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate packaging equipment on a moving assembly line.
• Learn and understand the basic function and operation of all packaging equipment.
• Rotate into various line positions when required.
• Ensure that packaging specifications, requirements and standards are met.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Report Quality and Production Issues to the Supervisor.
