Job summary

The True Blue Company, LLC in White Haven, PA is seeking Warehouse Cherry/Order Pickers for all shifts on a temp-to-hire basis. The position offers weekly paychecks, health/dental insurance, and more. Some cherry picker experience is required.

Shifts include back half and front half night/day schedules with hourly rates of $23.00–$23.50. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (or related experience) and willingness to learn/certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or at least one year of related experience and/or training.
• Some cherry picker experience is required. Site-specific certification and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick or put away boxes from cages into racks (VNA).
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment.
• Other duties as required

• Back Half Night Shift: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 pm-5:30 am ($23.50/hour) - PRIORITY HIRING!!!!


• Front Half Night Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 pm-5:30 am ($23.50/hour)


• Front Half Day Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 am-5:30 pm ($23.00/hour)


• Back Half Day Shift: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 am-5:30 pm ($23.00/hour)

• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g., protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.


• Will be required to wear steel-toed shoes or steel-toed boots


• Some cherry picker experience is required. Site-specific certification and training will be provided.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.00 - $23.50 per hour.This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.In addition to monetary compensation, we offer medical, dental, vision, life, and more.
