Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a warehouse associate to fulfill orders by picking products, performing quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments. The role includes cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and supporting inventory control to maintain a safe, clean environment.

No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided on day one. The position may involve operating equipment and adhering to safety policies, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
• Comfort working with heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• HS Diploma/GED preferred; basic English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe work environment.
• Be willing to train and get certified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift).
