Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations team member in Ohio to receive, pick, pack, and ship products. You will contribute to efficient product flow from receipt to delivery for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include fulfilling orders, participating in cross-training, and maintaining a safe workspace. Training is provided from day one, with a shift that includes evenings. Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome; training provided on day one.
• Fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Basic English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality control, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker).
