Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities. You will meet quality, safety, and productivity standards while handling orders and shipments.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, operate material handling equipment, and follow SOPs to ensure accurate picking and packing for customers. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders with SOPs: pick, quality checks, sort, consolidate freight, build/wrap pallets.
• Pack, load, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Pick large items with equipment or smaller items on cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate equipment (forklift, order picker, etc.) as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Attend associate meetings and report concerns to management.
• Follow OSHA standards and company policies.
