Job summary

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops at Cardinal Health supports inbound and outbound activities, adhering to safety and quality standards. You will assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key duties include following SOPs to process orders, operating material handling equipment, using the Warehouse Management System, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (Cherry Picker) preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, and loading.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small unit items to designated carts.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., cherry picker, forklift, reach truck).
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company policies.
