Capital Resin Corporation (CRC) is seeking a Chemical Operator for the formaldehyde area in a 12-hour night shift (7 PM–7 AM). The role involves bulk unloading/loading, PPE use, and outdoor work in a 24/7 production environment.

Candidates must meet high safety and quality standards and be prepared for shift-based scheduling across two weeks. Responsibilities include monitoring batch processes, adjusting variables, performing quality checks, and ensuring accurate batch data entry.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitors batch while in process and makes adjustments as required.
• Measures and mixes chemicals according to specified formulas.
• Monitors and adjusts process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
• Follows operating instructions and completes batch ticket data entry accurately.
• Performs quality control checks on finished products and takes actions to ensure quality.
• Operates and monitors chemical processing equipment and follows SOPs for safe production.
• Stages raw materials and stores finished products; labels and ships products.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and follows all PPE requirements.
• Reports equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor.
