Responsibilities

• Monitor batch in process and adjust as needed.
• Measure and mix chemicals per formulas.
• Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and flow.
• Enter batch data accurately and meet cycle times.
• Perform quality checks and take action to prevent defects.
• Operate and monitor processing equipment and maintain PPE.
• Stage materials and package finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
