Masters Gallery Foods is seeking a Cheese Production Specialist to support bulk cheese supply to production lines. You will operate cheese cutting/shredding equipment, handle inventory with RF scanners, and maintain accurate usage records in a climate‑controlled, smoke‑free environment.

The role offers a 12‑hour alternative schedule (2-2-3 rotation) from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with wage progression at 90 days and after one year. A shift differential of $2.00/hour applies.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Stand for long periods.
• Safety‑mocused and team oriented.
• Read and perform basic math.
• Comfortable in a climate controlled, smoke‑free environment.
• Able to visually inspect food quality.

Responsabilités

• Operate cheese cutting/shredding equipment and manage bulk cheese to production lines.
• Remove packaging from cheese and inspect for quality.
• Maintain and record bulk cheese usage using RF scanners.
• Lift cheese onto conveyors with weights 5–40 lbs.
• Operate automated and manual cutting systems.
• Monitor and clean equipment and maintain sanitation standards.
• Ensure reliable attendance to meet production needs.
