Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Support Operator in Websterville, VT. The role processes forms to add value to inputs, assist with pasteurization and cheesemaking, and supports safety and quality protocols.

Shift runs 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM with a $2.00 shift differential and a $2,000 hiring bonus with staged payouts. Responsibilities include following SOPs, reporting progress, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient production area while adapting to production needs and

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates work order progress to supervisor and production operators.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing tasks.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow GMPs, safety, quality and sanitation plans.
• Identify and report non-conforming product and equipment to Supervisor and QA Department.
• Be flexible in tasks and schedule.
