Responsibilities

• Provide bulk cheese to production lines and operate cheese cutting/shredding equipment.
• Perform manual lifting and carrying (up to 40 lbs).
• Remove packaging from cheese and inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants.
• Lift and place cheese on conveyors (5–40 lbs per lift).
• Operate automated and manual cutting systems and shredding equipment.
• Maintain record of bulk cheese usage using RF inventory scanners.
