This role supports all departments in a fast-paced environment and requires clear written and verbal communication.

The position offers a night premium, 2-2-3 schedule, and opportunities for advancement within a large dairy producer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read and follow written instructions; basic math.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate in multiple areas of production as needed.
• Ensure cheese is in-spec according to customer requirements (fat, moisture, piece count, quality).
• Follow one- or two-step verbal instructions; complete simple checklists and documentation.
• Support all departments to keep production moving smoothly.
