Job summary

This position offers a four-day schedule, night shift premium, and opportunities to grow skills through cross-training, Lean, and TPM initiatives in a high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–4 years of experience in manufacturing, dairy processing, food production, milk receiving, logistics or related environments.
• Experience operating or monitoring dairy intake, bulk liquid transfer, or receiving equipment.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow procedures as part of a start-up team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload milk tankers while ensuring product quality and safety.
• Move and position trailers with yard equipment to support operations.
• Operate and monitor dairy intake, transfer, and processing equipment.
• Perform quality inspections, sampling, and testing to meet specs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Use computer systems for production monitoring and documentation.
• Support Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA and food safety requirements.
