Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 20–40 lbs repeatedly and work in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to read production worksheets and follow instructions.
• Complies with GMP/SOP/HACCP/S Safe Quality Food practices.

Responsibilities

• Package cheese according to customer specifications and packaging materials.
• Identify out-of-spec conditions and follow notification protocol.
• Set up packaging line and equipment, including printers and labels, as needed.
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Rotate between line positions and maintain clean, organized work area.
