Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Production Attendant for the evening shifts (2:00PM–3:00PM start; 10:00PM–11:00PM end). The role involves packaging cheese to customer specs, recording data, and maintaining GMP and safety standards.

You will rotate through line positions, perform quality checks, and help ensure product is produced safely and efficiently. Prior packaging experience and physical stamina are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend production worksheets.
• Able to lift 20–40 pounds repeatedly.
• Stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
• Committed to food safety and quality.

Responsabilités

• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S policies.
• Efficiently package cheese into designated packaging materials.
• Identify and communicate out-of-spec product conditions and follow notification protocol.
• Set up packaging processes, machinery, date codes, printers, and labeling.
• Perform quality checks against production sheets and records.
• Enter data on production reports and rotate through line positions.
• Sanitize lines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Attend mandatory safety and departmental meetings.
