Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute care setting.
• CPR/BCLS certification required, ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to the care team.
• Play a key role in the discharge planning process.
