Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation - Madison is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the acute rehabilitation unit housed inside Select Specialty Hospital - Madison. This PRN, per diem night-shift role offers $55 per hour plus competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends and includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

The RN will support admissions/transfers, perform assessments, document in EPIC, transcribe orders and counsel patients and families while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license.
• At least 1 year RN experience.
• BLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and/or transfers.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Interpret assessment data including labs and telemetry.
• Transcribe and process medical orders.
• Ensure patient care continuity on nights.
