Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time RN Shift Supervisor. Under the Clinic Manager, you will supervise care processes, ensure efficient patient flow, high-quality care, patient safety, and effective communication with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree from accredited nursing program.
• State of NM or compact-state nursing license required.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities for assigned shift nurses.
• Facilitate shift change huddles and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and ED tracking board visibility.
• Maintain communication with shift Providers and supervise staffing.
• Perform regulatory checks and ensure supplies and logs are current.
