The role requires nursing leadership experience, Washington RN license, BLS, ACLS certification, and a track record of effective team leadership in a busy hospital setting. Night shift, full-time.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient placement and throughput to ensure safe, efficient care.
