Job summary

Providence St. Joseph's Hospital in Chewelah, WA seeks an Administrative Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing administration on evening/night/holiday shifts and ensure quality patient care.

The role includes on-shift administrative authority and incident command during emergencies, with travel between campuses as needed. The position requires nursing degree, WA RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of charge nurse/leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington RN license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing administration on evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Manage day-to-day unit operations and coordinate hospital/department activities.
• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies on assigned shift.
• Travel between both Providence campuses as required.
