LakePoint in El Dorado, KS is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Charge Nurse (RN) to join our quiet, focused environment. This full-time role covers 6pm–6am with every other weekend, offering stability and the chance to lead overnight care with a compassionate team.

You will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor residents, administer meds, document thoroughly, and communicate with the care team to ensure safety and comfort during night hours.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled and long-term care setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
