Job summary

MilliporeSigma seeks a cGMP Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift in St. Louis, MO. You will manage production personnel and oversee the manufacture of FDA-regulated APIs, ensuring compliance and coordination with cross-functional teams.

You will lead a team of scientists and operators, drive training, scheduling, and equipment transfers while upholding GMP protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or chemical engineering discipline is required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience in a cGMP setting.
• 1+ year of supervisory/lead experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) with a 20% shift differential.
• Oversee FDA-regulated API manufacturing and related operations.
• Guide scientists and production staff in batch records, equipment, and scheduling.
• Improve processes and ensure cGMP compliance across departments and facilities.
