Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a cGMP Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift at our Cherokee site to lead production personnel in API manufacturing and related support functions.

The role oversees a 12-hour night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) with a 20% shift differential, guiding scientists on production readiness, batch records, and training while coordinating with MSAT, QA, and maintenance to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and 4+ years cGMP manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year in management or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, oversee night shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage 12-hour night shift, 7:00pm–7:30am with a 20% differential.
• Oversee API manufacturing regulated by FDA and other regulatory bodies.
• Provide guidance on production readiness, batch records, training, and scheduling.
• Lead a manufacturing training team and a coordination team.
• Ensure timely goods receipts after manufacturing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Project Management, MSAT, Process & Analytical Development, QA, QC, Packaging, Materials Management, Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, and EMA guidelines.
